Loreto

Loreto is famous above all for its Basilica. One of the main places of Marian worship and one of the most important Gothic-Renaissance monuments in Italy.

Inside the Basilica, under the dome, there is the Holy House of Nazareth, where according to devotional tradition, the Virgin Mary received the Annunciation.
